Learn to make fabulous homemade pickles without the drudgery of boiling jars and steaming summer kitchens.

Giardiniera (Italian cauliflower pickle)

Quick Refrigerator Pickles

And soooo easy freezer Bread & Butter pickles!   WOW!!

 

Day 3 - Chocolate! 

Come play in our pool of chocolate.

Learn the types of chocolate.

Create elegant, upscale chocolate candies that look hard to make but are so easy that they’ll think you’re a pro.

Even dip into chocolate fondue!!

Day 1 – State Fair Jellies

Day 2 – Blue Ribbon Pies 

Dream of homemade pies bursting with fruit?

Well, now you can whip them up as easy as, well, pie!

 

Pies come in many shapes and sizes.

One crust, two crust, streusel topped and deep dish.

But wait there’s more!

Betties, buckles, crisps, cobblers, crumbles and pandowdy.

 

The secret to any great pie is a great crust.

And you’ll learn to make a pie that’s worthy of a blue ribbon.

It’s easier than you think!  

And you’ll never buy over-priced, preservative packed, grocery store pie crusts again!!

  

Day 3 – Ice Cream! 

Everybody’s fav summertime dessert! 

Remember grandpa sitting on the back porch hand churning ice cream for hours?

Nostalgic, yes, but updated techniques and methods produce delicious results with much less work! 

Explore the differences between ice cream, premium ice cream and gelato.

Sherbet, sorbet and semi fredo.

Soft serve and frozen custard.

Instant ice creams.

Homemade ice cream will thrill the family and impress the sox off your gourmet pals!

The purpose of Camp Cheesecake Farm is to have fun in the kitchen.

Because of market availability, projects may vary slightly without notice or refunds.

Not suitable for young children or those with dietary restrictions.

Cancellations - 2 weeks prior to class for refund less $20 cancellation fee.

                     No refunds when cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to camp.

Lots of free parking.

While we are not barrier free, we do have easier access for our project kitchen.  Please advise before making a reservation.

Rest room is not handicap accessible but we can make arrangements if needed. Please advise before making a reservation.

In the unlikely event that Cheesecake Farms or its assigns has to cancel for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund which will be the entire extent of our liability.
