Gardening Days at Cheesecake Farms!
Come play in our gardens as we get them ready for spring 2007 planting!!
We'll be working at Rose Cottage and around the barn.
Weeding beds, planting herbs and mulching.
Sprucing up, fixing up and celebrating spring.
There may even be some asparagus to pick!
A nice farm fresh lunch will be provided and we'll dip some fresh strawberries in chocolate for dessert!!
Wear your gardening gear and comfy, close-toed shoes.
Work gloves and a kneeling cushion will be helpful.
Bring a container and take home a bucket of our prize winning Connemara horse manure for your own garden.
Come play in the fresh air and sun shine of Cheesecake Farms.

Pick one day or pick them all!!
($10.00 per day is you sign up for all 4 days)
Group rates (4 or more adults) available.
Children welcome with continuous supervision of parent or guardian.

Take A Class At Cheesecake Farms!!
There are 3 ways you can take classes with Karla at Cheesecake Farms.
1. Schedule Your Own Class
Pick any class you'd like from the class description list (prices are there, too) and schedule it at a time that's convenient for you! Make Easter candy in October or a Yule Log in July. Whatever strikes your fancy!
Minimum class attendance is 4 students. Maxium is 6. So call your friends, arrange a play day in Karla's Kitchen and take 50% off your class fee! Just e mail us or call and we'll do the rest.
Be sure to have several alternate days and times in mind before scheduling as the days fill up quickly.
Great for team building, girl's day out, bridal showers, home schoolers and more!
Remember that's 50% off your class fee with 3 to 5 additional students at full price.
2. Open Classes
Great for individual enrollment. Sign up by yourself or bring a friend! Learn a new skill. Perfect an old one. Come spend a relaxing day in Karla's kitchen in the country. Prices per person are listed on the class descriptions.
3. Saturday or Sunday Brunch Cooking Classes
The ultimate in cooking classes!
Get a group of 4-6 people together and step into Karla's kitchen. Under her watchful eye you'll prepare the most scrumptious brunch you've ever had!
So call your friends, arrange a brunch day in Karla's Kitchen and take 50% off your class fee! Just e mail us or call and we'll do the rest.
Try new recipes. Learn new kitchen tricks. Then relax and enjoy your creations. Not your typical brunch to be sure!
Remember that's 50% off your brunch class fee with 3 to 5 additional brunch students at full price.

Cancellation Policy
Call or email your cancellation and receive confirmation. We are not responsible for messages we do not receive. If you leave an answering machine message or send an e mail and do not hear back from us in 24 hours confirming your cancellation, assume we did not receive your message. We answer all emails and return all calls usually within 24 hours. Business days are Monday thru Friday.
You may send a substitute in your place for a class and work out the financial details with them.
1. Open Classes – Ten business days or more before the day of the class.
Full refund or rescheduling as you prefer.
2. Open Classes - Less than ten business days before the day of the class.
We will refund your money or reschedule you if we can fill your spot. If we can’t, you forfeit your payment.
3. Classes by appointment and private consultations.
Both can be rescheduled once. After that, payment will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee.
